The two attacks, which occurred in Balochistan's district Mastung during an Eid Miladun Nabi (PBUH) procession and in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa's Hangu district a day earlier, have claimed the lives of many innocent victims, including a police officer. Russian President Vladimir Putin led the international response, denouncing the acts of terror and expressing his sympathies to the victims' families. The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) also stood firmly against the attacks, condemning them for their destabilizing impact on security and stability. United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres added his voice to the international condemnation, urging the arrest of the perpetrators behind these heinous attacks. He conveyed his condemnation during a regular briefing at UN Headquarters in New York. Other countries, including Iran, Iraq, France, and Algeria, also denounced the Mastung terrorist attack and expressed their support for Pakistan's efforts to combat such criminal acts and ensure security and stability in the region.
